- How much does shipping cost and where is my order shipping from?
We offer Free shipping for all MA orders and provide alternative shipping methods like Expedited. Our items ships directly from our warehouses across MA to your door.
- Do you accept returns?
Yes! You can simply reach us out using our Contact Us page or sending an email to info@turquoise.ma. Please make sure to include as much details as possible to speed up the process. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
- Why I didn't receive my order in 2-3 business days?
We deliver high quality products with personal touch. We sell only what we like to wear and prioritize quality over fast service. Rest assured that you will be receiving your order in specified period.
- What are the estimated shipping & delivery times?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during sale.
Once your package(s) have been shipped from our Moroccan locations, you'll receive one or more emails with your tracking information so you can follow the progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by checking your order tracking ID on our partner 3rd party carrier's websites.
