Our delivery times start once your order is accepted and include a period of 5 to 7 days for processing and shipping. Please note that this may take longer during sales periods.

Once your packages have been dispatched from our warehouses in Turkey, you will receive one or more emails with tracking information to follow the progress of your delivery. You can also check the status of your order using your tracking number on our partner carriers' websites.
